Arcadia launches Healthcare Performance Platform with agentic workflows for care gaps

Healthcare agents now act on care gaps, and the platform writes a record of each decision that they make
Arcadia launched its Healthcare Performance Platform on October 5, 2026. The launch includes three solution suites: Ascent, CareJourney and LifeScience. Its agentic workflows run on a scale from assistive to autonomous. The agents find care gaps, rank patients by priority and coordinate care, and the system documents each decision.
Ascent is the healthcare performance platform. CareJourney gives market and network intelligence. LifeScience helps life sciences companies use real-world evidence.
A care navigation agent coordinates action across shared workflows. AI ranking puts patients in priority order. Arcadia says that the system keeps full transparency through documented decision records. A care gap is a recommended service, such as a screening, that a patient has not received.
Customers named in the release include Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ochsner Health, Rush Health, Merck and the California Department of Health Care Services.
Arcadia reported three results. One clinically integrated network closed 708,000 quality gaps in a year, a 20% improvement in performance. A large nonprofit health system generated $7.5 million in shared savings. A regional health plan cut analyst time by 29% and avoided more than 780 hours of internal IT work.
President and CEO Michael Meucci said that healthcare organizations “need confidence and the ability to act” on insights for every patient.
The takeaway
In a regulated market, an agent can act only when a person can audit what it did. Arcadia uses a scale from assistive to autonomous, with a decision record for each step. Use the same scale for GTM agents that contact customers.
Why it matters for agent-led growth
- A care gap is a trigger, like a renewal date. Agents act well on one specific gap for one specific person. Map your GTM triggers in the same way.
- Rank before you reach out. Arcadia ranks patients by priority before it coordinates action. Score accounts before an agent contacts them.
- Write the decision record. Each agent decision gets documentation. Log the input, the rule and the action for every step that a GTM agent takes.
- Move along the scale one step at a time. Start each agent as assistive. Make it autonomous for a workflow only after its record shows consistent results.
