Iterable Fall 2026 release adds Nova Intelligence Agents, RCS and an Integrations Hub

The marketing platform gets a memory, and the first agents inside it watch the campaigns

Iterable announced its Fall 2026 release on September 24. The company frames it as memory: each customer interaction informs the next. New Nova Intelligence Agents monitor performance and analyze results. Babylist says Nova gave back 50% of its CRM team’s campaign bandwidth.

Iterable published the release on September 24, 2026. Nick Beil, Chief Product Officer, said: “Customers remember every interaction with a brand. Technology should, too.” The release has four main parts.

Integrations Hub lets a team find, configure and manage integrations inside Iterable. Nova Conversations gives AI guidance during a customer interaction. It uses the context of the conversation to move the customer toward engagement, support or conversion.

RCS (Rich Communication Services) brings branded messaging with a verified sender, rich media, carousels and suggested replies. Iterable orchestrates it natively. Adrian Rohr, VP of Membership and Retention at Fabletics, said RCS turns messaging from a text-only push into an interactive surface.

Nova Intelligence Agents include a Monitoring Agent and an enhanced Analytics Agent. The Monitoring Agent surfaces performance issues and anomalies and recommends an action. The Analytics Agent reports on campaign, channel and journey performance.

The release also adds a native Salesforce Sync for Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Cases, live data signals inside Journeys, Catalog data in audience segmentation and a native WhatsApp integration.

Iterable reported two customer figures. Babylist reclaimed 50% of its CRM team’s campaign bandwidth with Nova Intelligence. Customers of Send Time Decisioning see more than a 70% lift in clicks and more than an 80% lift in opens. Katie Baele, Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Centerfield, called the automated agent capabilities “a massive step forward for campaign management.”

The takeaway

The first agents inside a marketing platform watch and report. They do not send. Give an agent the monitoring job first. Give it the send job when the monitoring record is clean.

Why it matters for agent-led growth

Monitoring is the safe first agent. A Monitoring Agent that flags an anomaly and proposes an action is reversible. Start there, and log every proposal and every human decision.
Memory is a data problem, not a model problem. Iterable’s claim rests on live data inside journeys and a hub for integrations. Your agents are only as good as the state they can read.
RCS gives agents a two-way channel. Suggested replies and carousels produce structured responses. Structured responses are easier for an agent to act on than free text.
Measure bandwidth returned. Babylist reports 50% of team bandwidth. Track hours returned per agent, and put those hours into experiments.
